Who Gains When Workers Train?Why do I love the Internets? I kind of found this paper on accident searching for something else. All the links in that search sent me to a place to actually purchase the paper. After typing in the name of the paper in Google I was able to find it in PDF version for free. That is why I love the Internets, free information on any god damn random ass topic you chose to read about. This is a very very long read and I bet most people won't read the whole thing. Understandable, you have to actually work at least a few minutes right?
